If you have a Plan C, Growth Plan or Business plan hosting package, you can add more than 1 domain on the same hosting package for free.

To add a domain to your existing cPanel, please follow the steps below:

Log into cPanel (Services > My Services > Active > Login to cPanel) and search for Domains.

cPanel > Domains

Click the button "Create A New Domain" in the upper right.

Under domain name, please enter the domain name you wish to add. Make sure to uncheck the checkbox saying "Share document root with the (primary domain)".

Click Submit and the add-on domain name will be added.

Make sure to go to your domain DNS settings and change the nameservers OR edit the A record of your domain and point to new server.

AEserver offers unlimited hosting package - Plan C which has unlimited email disk space usage.

Technically, no resources are infinite and there is always a limit and hence AEserver has implemented a fair usage policy for Plan C (offshore hosting only) as of 01-February-2014 for all customers.

The fair usage applies to:

-Not using our services for file sharing and storing large amounts of data that are not a part of the customer's website (i.e files that are not related to website functionality on the www).
-Uploading large .zip, iso, .dmg and .rar archives/backups (over 5 GB)
-Not using more than 10GB of disk space per email account. You can opt to back up your mail and store it on your local devices.

Plan C customers are limited to 100GB of data on the signup date of account and this can be increased by contacting our support team who will review your account for usage and take the decision to add extra disk space.

The new packages have the following email account size limitation per email address as per our fair usage policy:
500 MB - Starter
1 GB - Growth
10 GB - Business

Due to the recent multiple cPanel license increase, the reseller packages have the following number of cPanel or Plesk accounts limitation:

Silver - 25 accounts
Gold - 50 accounts
Platinum 75 accounts

This applies to Offshore and Dubai Linux/Windows Hosting.

If any customer is found violating the above policy, they will receive a warning on first occasion

To setup your Zimbra email on Microsoft Outlook, please follow the steps below:

Open Outlook, go to Account Settings > New Account
Select the ‘Manual setup or additional server types’ and click Next

Choose the ‘POP or IMAP’ option and click Next.

Enter the details in the respective fields.

Under Server Information, enter the following:

Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server : zimbra.mailbox.ae
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) : zimbra.mailbox.ae**

In the Outgoing Server tab, make sure to tick mark the ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’ and select ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server’
