Can you move/ migrate my hosting account from my old provider?

AEserver offers website/email migration service for customers who wish to move away from another hosting provider.

All our Linux hosting packages use cPanel/whm control panel & Windows hosting packages use Parallels Plesk panel.

If your existing hosting provider uses any of these control panels then we can ensure a 100% data migration service with minimum service disruption.

In most cases we can copy most data including website files, scripts, data bases (mysql, postgre and ms sql) and email account data.

If your hosting provider uses another control panel, please contact us for a review and recommendation before you proceed.

In most cases the migration service is complimentary!

Which web hosting package suites me best?

The answer to this question is very individual. Choosing the right package depends on the type of the website that you will be running.

Lets say you are planning to run a company web page with a few pages about your company, products that you offer and a contact form. Also with a few email accounts for your staff members.

Above is an example of a small business website and you should be fine with any of our small packages. (Mini, Copper).

As you might have understood, it all depends on the amount of webspace and bandwidth (transfer) that you will require.

Also you may upgrade/downgrade your package at anytime so there really isn't an issue if you choose a too large/too small package.

Should you have any concerns, please contact our sales department, we will be more than happy to guide you.

Why would I need a dedicated IP?

For most people, a dedicated IP is not required. But for people that want to provide anonymous FTP or a website using SSL, a dedicated IP can make that easier.

Do we offer dedicated IP addresses?

Yes we do. Please contact us for rates.

Will there be forced advertising on my site - like banner ads or popup ads?

Not at all. You are paying for webspace that is only yours - no one may put ads on your site except you.
