Requirements for registration of domain in Cyprus (.com.cy domains)
Requirements: (.com.cy):
Application Form
A letter requesting the domain name registration (On official letterhead, should be signed and stamped by company seal)
*All documents may be submitted by email.

Application Form (indicate for one or two years)
A copy of Trademark Registration Certificate
A letter requesting the domain name registration (On official letterhead, should be signed and stamped by company seal)
*All documents may be submitted by email
Process time upon receipt of documents:
10-14 working days
Charges:
Note: domains registered at the end of November or December 2018 will have to be registered for 2 years until December 31, 2019
Important Note:
It is not possible to register domain names in Cyprus in the name of foreign companies, however AEserver is able to register domain names on the behalf of foreign companies since local presentation is a must, meaning that Trademarks Agencies Co. Ltd., a member of AEserver will be listed as the Owner contact of your domain.
If the client has a local company, he can be the owner of the domain name. Otherwise, AEserver can register the required domain, however Trademarks Agencies Co. Ltd., a member of AEserver will be listed as the Admistrative contact of your domain.
